Return to the Heart Retreat in Yautepec, Mexico 2026

The Return to the Heart retreat in Yautepec, Mexico, was a profoundly meaningful experience in which people from Mexico, the United States, and Costa Rica came together with a common purpose: to stop, listen to each other, and reconnect with what is essential.

During these days we shared conscious breathing practices, guided meditations and dynamics of release and healing, accompanied by the work of different therapists and facilitators who integrated tools such as somatics, family constellations and processes of deep emotional exploration, creating a safe, respectful and transformative space for each participant.

One of the most valuable aspects of the retreat was the richness of the group of people and the diversity of therapeutic perspectives that accompanied the process. There were moments of deep introspection, but also spaces of closeness, lightness, and shared joy.

Because returning to the heart is not just about healing what hurts.
It is also about laughing, dancing, sharing authentically, and raising your vibration through simple everyday experiences lived in community.

Return to the Heart was a profoundly human and spiritual encounter, where each person was able to advance in their own process accompanied by the strength of the group and the openness of the shared heart.

For many participants, it was the beginning of a new relationship with themselves.

Each session, each exercise, and each shared silence brought clarity and openness. The work undertaken was highly enriching and healing, leaving behind a sense of lightness, gratitude, and connection that will resonate for a long time in the hearts of everyone present.

The experience was, without a doubt, a total success: a pleasure for the soul, a balm for the body and an expansion for the consciousness.

Thank you to all the participants for your loving energy for this encounter of light and transformation.

Flavia Sierra.
